Holiday Escape Reviewer is a small independent publication covering hotels, resorts and attractions across the world. Every write-up is based on a stay or visit paid for at standard published rates — no press trips, no hosted stays, no affiliate links buried in the copy.

We rate on a five-star scale, but the number matters less than the write-up. A four-star review can be a warmer recommendation than a five-star one, depending on who you are and what you want out of a trip. We try to say so.

Costs are covered by a small annual membership and by reader tips. If you find one of our reviews useful, that's the best way to keep more of them coming.
